Ingredients for Dates Almond Ladoo:

  • Almond/Badam 1 C
  • Soft Dates, Pitted ½ C
  • Chia Seeds 2 tsp
  • Cardamom powder ¼ tsp

Preparation Method for Dates Almond Ladoo:

  • Crush the nuts lightly in a blender.
  • Add the dates and cardamom powder and using the ‘pulse” mode whip twice or thrice till the mixture comes together.
  • Remove onto a bowl.
  • Grease your palm with ghee and make into small Ladoos.
  • You can roll the Ladoos in nuts powder or desiccated coconut if desired.
  • Store in airtight jars.
