Masala Dry Fruit Milk Recipe (Sugarless) | Winter Special Drink

MASALA DRY FRUIT MILK – SUGARLESS

Ingredients for Masala Dry Fruit Milk:

For the premix:

  • Makhana /fox tail nuts ½ c
  • Almonds ¼ c
  • Cashew ¼ c
  • Edible gum 1 tbsp
  • Dry dates –yellow ½ c
  • Ghee 1 tsp

Preparation for Premix:

  • Dry roast the makhana till crisp
  • Dry roast the nuts till aromatic
  • Deseed the dates.
  • Heat ghee and toast the gum till it pops up.
  • Grind all to a fine powder individually.
  • Mix and store in a dry jar.
  • You can add green cardamom powder and or saffron strands to the mix.

For the milk:

  • Take a cup of milk. Add 1.2 tsp turmeric and 1 tsp of the premix.
  • Mix well and bring to a boil.
  • Serve hot /warm
