Ingredients for Dates Almond Ladoo:
- Almond/Badam 1 C
- Soft Dates, Pitted ½ C
- Chia Seeds 2 tsp
- Cardamom powder ¼ tsp
Preparation Method for Dates Almond Ladoo:
- Crush the nuts lightly in a blender.
- Add the dates and cardamom powder and using the ‘pulse” mode whip twice or thrice till the mixture comes together.
- Remove onto a bowl.
- Grease your palm with ghee and make into small Ladoos.
- You can roll the Ladoos in nuts powder or desiccated coconut if desired.
- Store in airtight jars.
