7 Cup Cake Recipe | 7 Cup Burfi

Ingredients for 7 Cup Cake:

  • Besan / Gram Flour / Kadalai Maavu 1 C
  • Coconut Grated Compacted 1 C
  • Ghee 1 C
  • Milk 1 C
  • Sugar 3 C
  • Cardamom powder ½ tsp

Preparation Method for 7 Cup Cake:

  • Take a heavy-bottomed pan.
  • Add all the ingredients and mix well such that it forms a smooth mixture.
  • Now switch on the flame and cook the mixture on low flame with constant stirring.
  • When the mixture leaves the sides of the pan add the cardamom powder. Mix well pour it onto a greased tray. Cool and cut into squares.
