Ingredients for 7 Cup Cake:
- Besan / Gram Flour / Kadalai Maavu 1 C
- Coconut Grated Compacted 1 C
- Ghee 1 C
- Milk 1 C
- Sugar 3 C
- Cardamom powder ½ tsp
Preparation Method for 7 Cup Cake:
- Take a heavy-bottomed pan.
- Add all the ingredients and mix well such that it forms a smooth mixture.
- Now switch on the flame and cook the mixture on low flame with constant stirring.
- When the mixture leaves the sides of the pan add the cardamom powder. Mix well pour it onto a greased tray. Cool and cut into squares.
