Ingredients for Tomato Cheese Toast:
- Bread slices of your choice 4
- Grated cheddar cheese 1/2cup
- Halved cherry tomatoes 1 cup
- Mixed Italian spices
- Salt
- Pepper powder
- Butter 2 tbsp
Preparation Method:
- Butter the bread slices.
- Arrange the halved cherries and liberally sprinkle the grated cheese.
- Sprinkle the spice powder, pepper, and a dash of salt.
- Arrange on a greased baking tray.
- Heat the oven to 180 degrees centigrade.
- Open grill the slices in a preheated oven till the cheese melts.
- Alternatively, you can toast them in hot tava on a low flame till the cheese melts.
