SERVING – 3 (PORTION SIZE/SERVING – 1/2 STD CUP)
- SPROUTS (MUNG) – 150 GMS
- ONION MEDIUM – 1 FINELY CHOPPED
- TOMATOES MEDIUM – 1 FINELTY CHOPPED
- GREEN CHILLY – 3 SLIT
- CORIANDER POWDER – 1 TSP
- CHILLY POWDER – 1 TSP
- CORIANDER FRESH – 3 TBSP FINELY CHOPPED
- CUMIN SEEDS – 1 TSP
- LEMON JUICE – 1 TSP
- OIL – 1 TBSP
- SALT TO TASTE
METHOD
- Take a heavy bottomed pan.
- Add oil and splutter cumin seeds.
- Add the onion, tomatoes and green chilies in the order mentioned .give a quick stir on high flame and sauté till soft.
- Add the sprouts. Lower the flame. Sauté gently, after adding the rest of the ingredients.
- Remove from the flame. Drizzle the lemon juice and serve hot. Best with pulkas,chapathies and rice
