SERVING – 1 (PORTION SIZE – 1 STD CUP)

  • FRESH SET CURD / YOGURT – 150 Ml
  • TOASTED BENGAL GRAM POWDER – 1 Tsp
  • STRAWBERRY – 3 Pcs
  • STRAWBERRY CRUSH – 1 Tsp Optional

METHOD

  • Blend all the ingredients except the flax seeds till smooth.
  • Pour into a glass and gently stir in the crushed seeds.
  •  Top it with sprinkles of chocolate powder if desired.
  •  Serve cold or at room temperature.
