Mumbai Style Vegetable Grilled Sandwich Recipe

Sandwiches……square, rectangle, triangle with billions and billions of buzzing electrons forming bonds that hold together the carbohydrate, fat, and protein that we call as a quick meal. The energy in these bonds eventually power our body. Juliet A. Boghossian an expert in non-verbal communication and psychology, connects food habits to human behaviour. She reveals the personality differences that can account for a person’s sandwich-slicing style.

Boghossian says that the straight-cutters are practical, matter-of-fact personalities who focus on the big picture and care less about details. To them, a task is a task—complete it and move on, no emotional ties as they feel that work is not viewed as their masterpiece. They detest gossip and appreciate the simplicity. Their house will resemble that of a minimalist and will have only what they need.

The people who cut sandwiches diagonally are “aesthetic-inspired and detail-oriented personalities focused on the experience and making it their own. To them a task is an inspiring opportunity to give it their personal touch— to make their mark. They partake in gossip because they need to know why, figure things out, and are immersed in detailing” says Boghossian. She added that people who identify as diagonal cutters are also more likely to have homes with every innovative gadget, novelty items, and more.
