Masala Whey Cooler | Summer Drink Recipe

Staying hydrated in hot summers is important but very challenging. Here is a natural cooler using whey residue after making paneer at home.

Ingredients for Masala Whey Cooler

  • Whey 1 litre
  • 1 Amla
  • Curd 1 tbsp
  • Green chilly 2
  • Ginger 1 inch piece
  • Coriander leaves few
  • Asafoetida a pinch
  • Salt 1/2tsp

Preparation Method

  • Grind all the ingredients except the whey into a smooth paste.
  • Whisk into the whey
  • Chill and serve
