Ingredients for Masala Whey Cooler
- Whey 1 litre
- 1 Amla
- Curd 1 tbsp
- Green chilly 2
- Ginger 1 inch piece
- Coriander leaves few
- Asafoetida a pinch
- Salt 1/2tsp
Preparation Method
- Grind all the ingredients except the whey into a smooth paste.
- Whisk into the whey
- Chill and serve
