A glass (250ml) of unsweetened mango milkshake contains 150-170 kilocalories.

Ingredients for Mango Milkshake:
- Mango cubed 1 cup
- Milk whole fat/skimmed 3 cups
- Kesar optional few strands
- Crushed ice optional
Preparation Method:
- Add the above ingredients in a mixi jar.
- Whisk on a whipper mode till well blended and smooth. Pour into glasses and serve chilled /room temperature
- If desired you can garnish with slivered nuts, mango bits, mint leaf, the strand of Kesar.
