Creamy Fruit Salad Recipe

CREAMY FRUIT SALAD RECIPE

Ingredients for Cream Fruit Salad:

  • Chopped Fruits 1 C (Grapes, Melons, Apples- Any Fruit That You Want To Include)
  • Chopped /Slivered Nuts ½ C (Walnuts/Almond/Cashew)
  • Banana 2 Medium
  • Milk 2 Cups
  • Muesli As Required
  • Strawberry Syrup/Crush as Required

Preparation Method for Cream Fruit Salad:

  • Take 6 serving glass tumblers of medium size.
  • Layer with chopped fruits followed by nuts, banana cream and muesli. The final layer top with banana cream and drizzle strawberry syrup/crush .
  • Chill and serve.

FOR BANANA CREAM:

  • Mash banana and drop it into a blender .Blend the banana along with milk and vanilla essence into a smooth thick cream.

NOTE:
You can make mango or chikoo cream in a similar manner and use it in the recipe.
