Apple Chia Smoothie

SERVING – 1 (PORTION SIZE-  1.5 STD CUP)

  • MILK / CURD – 200 Ml
  • CHIA SEEDS – 1 Tbsps
  • CHOPPED APPLES – 1 Medium
  • NUT SLIVERS – 1 Tsp
  • CINNAMON POWDER A PINCH
  • PALM SUGAR / JAGGERY – 1 Tsp

METHOD

  • Blend milk, apple, cinnamon powder and sugar till frothy.
  • Pour into a glass and gently stir in the chia seeds. .
  • Top it with the nut slivers.  
  • Serve cold or at room temperature.
