- MILK / CURD – 200 Ml
- CHIA SEEDS – 1 Tbsps
- CHOPPED APPLES – 1 Medium
- NUT SLIVERS – 1 Tsp
- CINNAMON POWDER A PINCH
- PALM SUGAR / JAGGERY – 1 Tsp
METHOD
- Blend milk, apple, cinnamon powder and sugar till frothy.
- Pour into a glass and gently stir in the chia seeds. .
- Top it with the nut slivers.
- Serve cold or at room temperature.
