INGREDIENTS

  • RIPE MANGOES
  • SAFFRON FEW STRANDS

METHOD

  • Peel the mangoes and cut into cubes. Pulp in a mixer into a thick puree. Remove into a bowl and garnish with saffron

NOTE

  • You can add a little milk of you want a thinner consistency.
  • A spoon of melted ghee can be drizzled on top for the final finish.
  • Nut slivers can be sprinkled on top if desired.
