Banana-Peanut-Smoothie

SERVING – 1 (PORTION SIZE-  1 STD CUP)

  • MILK/CURD – 150 Ml
  • ROASTED CRUSHED PEANUTS – 1 Tsp
  • BANANA – 1 Medium
  • PEANUT BUTTER – 2 Tbsp
  • VANILLA EXTRACT – 1/4 Tsp
  • PALM SUGAR /JAGGERY – 1 Tsp

METHOD

  • Blend all the ingredients except the crushed peanuts till smooth.
  • Pour into a serving glass and garnish with crushed nuts.   
  • Serve cold or at room temperature.
