Banana & Almond Chia Pudding

SERVING – 1 (PORTION SIZE – 1 STD CUP)

  • MILK/CURD – 150 Ml
  • CHIA SEEDS – 2 Tbsps
  • CRUSHED ALMONDS – 2 Tbsps
  • ALMOND SLIVERS – 1 Tsp
  • FRESH COCONUT GRATED – 2 Tbsps
  • PALM SUGAR / JAGGERY – 1 Tsp
  • CHOPPED BANANA – 3 Tbsp

METHOD

  • Mash the banana, add in the milk and sugar and whisk well.
  • Add rest of the ingredients.
  • Stir gently and transfer into a bowl.
  • Set it aside in the refrigerator overnight or for about 4 hours to set. Serve cold or at room temperature.
