SERVING – 1 (PORTION SIZE – 1 STD CUP)
- MILK/CURD – 150 Ml
- CHIA SEEDS – 2 Tbsps
- CRUSHED ALMONDS – 2 Tbsps
- ALMOND SLIVERS – 1 Tsp
- FRESH COCONUT GRATED – 2 Tbsps
- PALM SUGAR / JAGGERY – 1 Tsp
- CHOPPED BANANA – 3 Tbsp
METHOD
- Mash the banana, add in the milk and sugar and whisk well.
- Add rest of the ingredients.
- Stir gently and transfer into a bowl.
- Set it aside in the refrigerator overnight or for about 4 hours to set. Serve cold or at room temperature.
