- SPROUTS(MUNG) – 2 CUPS
- ONION MEDIUM – 1 FINELY CHOPPED
- TOMATOES MEDIUM – 1 FINELY CHOPPED
- POTATO MEDIUM – 1 FINELY CHOPPED
- GREEN CHILLY – 3 FINELY CHOPPED
- CORIANDER POWDER – 1 TSP
- CHILLY POWDER – 1 TSP
- CHAAT MASALA – 1 TSP
- CORIANDER FRESH – 3 TBSP FINELY CHOPPED
- TAMARIND CHUTNEY – 1 TSP
- GREEN CHUTNEY – 1 TSP
- SEV -1/4 CUP
- LEMON JUICE – 1 TSP
- SALT(BLACK SALT) TO TASTE
METHOD
- Rinse the sprouts in water
- Steam the sprouts till they are half cooked but crunchy
- Mix all the ingredients listed above in a large bowl
- Sprinkle some sev and serve the chaat immediately
