Sprouts Chaat

SERVING – 3 (PORTION SIZE/SERVING-= 1 STD CUP)

  • SPROUTS(MUNG) – 2 CUPS
  • ONION MEDIUM – 1 FINELY CHOPPED
  • TOMATOES MEDIUM – 1 FINELY CHOPPED
  • POTATO MEDIUM – 1 FINELY CHOPPED
  • GREEN CHILLY – 3 FINELY CHOPPED
  • CORIANDER POWDER – 1 TSP
  • CHILLY POWDER – 1 TSP
  • CHAAT MASALA – 1 TSP
  • CORIANDER FRESH – 3 TBSP FINELY CHOPPED
  • TAMARIND CHUTNEY – 1 TSP
  • GREEN CHUTNEY – 1 TSP
  • SEV -1/4 CUP
  • LEMON JUICE – 1 TSP
  • SALT(BLACK SALT) TO TASTE

METHOD

  • Rinse the sprouts  in water
  • Steam the sprouts  till they are half cooked but crunchy
  • Mix all the ingredients listed above in a large bowl
  • Sprinkle some sev and  serve the chaat immediately
