SERVING – 3 (PORTION SIZE/SERVING = 2 BARS)
- PANEER SLAB – 200 GMS
- BEANS – 1/4 CUP FINELY CHOPPED
- CARROTS – 1 MEDIUM GRATED
- POTATO – 1 CUP BOILED AND MASHED
- CORIANDER POWDER – 1 TSP
- CHILLY POWDER – 1 TSP
- CORIANDER FRESH – 3 TBSP FINELY CHOPPED
- SESAME SEEDS – 1 TBSP
- BREAD CRUMBS – 1 CUP
- MAIDA – 1 TBSP
- OIL FOR FRYING
- SALT TO TASTE
METHOD
- Cut the paneer into ½’ bars of your preferred length.
- Mix all the vegetables along with required amount of salt and given quantity of spices.
- Place a little vegetable mixture on the paneer and press well.
- Make thin slurry of Maida with water.
- Dip the vegetable side of the paneer in the sesame seeds and coat with Maida slurry.
- Roll in bread crumbs and deep fry till golden brown.
- Serve hot with tomato sauce or chutney of your choice
