Ingredients for Tomato Dosa 2.0
- Tomato dosa
- Raw rice – 1 cup
- Boiled rice – 1 cup ( you can use 2 cups of raw rice itself ).
- Udad dal – 1/4 cup
- Green chillies -4
- Red chillies-4
- Ginger – 2 inches
- Zeera -2 tsp
- Tomato-6-8 depending on the size
- Curry leaves few
Preparation Method for Tomato Dosa 2.0
- Soak all ingredients for 4-5 hours and grind to a smooth paste.
- Allow it to ferment for 4 hours only.
- Make thin dosas and serve with curd or groundnut chutney.
