Ingredients for Tomato Dosa 2.0

  • Tomato dosa
  • Raw rice – 1 cup
  • Boiled rice – 1 cup ( you can use 2 cups of raw rice itself ).
  • Udad dal – 1/4 cup
  • Green chillies -4
  • Red chillies-4
  • Ginger – 2 inches
  • Zeera -2 tsp
  • Tomato-6-8 depending on the size
  • Curry leaves few

Preparation Method for Tomato Dosa 2.0

  • Soak all ingredients for 4-5 hours and grind to a smooth paste.
  • Allow it to ferment for 4 hours only.

  • Make thin dosas and serve with curd or groundnut chutney.
