Ingredients for Spicy Corn Bhel:
- Puffed rice- ½ cup
- Boiled sweet corn -½ cup
- Boiled, cubed potatoes- ¼ cup
- Roasted peanuts- ¼ cup
- Fine sev ¼- cup
- Chutney mint and tamarind Chutney – as required
- Finely chopped onions- ½ cup
- Green chilly finely chopped- 4
- Chaat masala -1 tsp
- Roasted cumin seed powder -1 tsp
- Chilly powder -1 tsp
- Coriander leaves finely chopped -1/4 cup
- Salt as required
Spicy Corn Bhel Preparation Method:
- Take a large bowl.
- Add all ingredients. Mix well with a fork.
- Serve immediately garnished with coriander leaves, pomegranate arils, and sev.
