INGREDIENTS
- CORIANDER SEEDS – 250 gms
- FENNEL SEEDS /SAUNF – 250 gms
- POPPY SEEDS/KHUS KHUS – 250 gms
- CLOVES – 50 gms
- GREEN CARDAMOM – 50 gms
- CINNAMON – 50 gms
- CUMIN SEEDS – 100 gms
- PEPPER CORNS – 100 gms
- BLACK CARDAMOM/BADI ELAICHI – 50 gms
- BAY LEAF – 20 gms
- PAASI – 50 gms
- MARATHI MOGGU – 50 gms
- ANASI POO – 50 gms
METHOD
- Take all the above spices in a large plate .Cover with a muslin cloth and sundry for an hour.
- Pulverize the dried spices to a fine powder and store in an airtight jar.
