Ingredients for Rajma Cutlet/Tikki
- Rajma masala 1 cup
- Aloo masala 1/2 cup
- Flattened brown rice /brown poha 1 cup
- Grated carrots 1/2cup
- Chopped coriander leaves a handful
- Chopped green chilli 3
- Chilly powder 1 tsp
- Garam masala powder 1 tsp
- Oil… To pan-fry
- Salt as required
Preparation Method
- Mash rajma masala Well along with the potatoes.
- Wash the poha in water and add to the mashed mixture.
- Add the rest of the ingredients and mix well into a soft cohesive mass.

- Shape the mixture into Cutlet/tikkis and pan fry till crisp on both sides.
- Serve hot with chutney of your choice or tomato ketchup.

NOTE: This Cutlet/tikki is perfect for a burger or a stuffed sandwich
