SERVING – 1 (PORTION SIZE/SERVING = 1/2 STD CUP)
- POTATO – 100G
- METHI – 50G
- GINGER – ½ PIECE
- GREEN CHILLIES – 1
- RED CHILLI POWDER – ¼ TSP
- TURMERIC POWDER – ¼ TSP
- OIL – 1 TSP
- SALT – TO TASTE
METHOD
- Wash, peel and cube potatoes.
- Wash methi and chop fine.
- Chop ginger and green chilli.
- Heat oil, add ginger and green chilli and stir-fry for a minute.
- Add chopped methi an sauté for 3 minutes
- Add the spice powder, potato and salt. Stir well.
- Reduce the flame, cover with a lid. Stir the vegetables occasionally till tender.
- Serve hot with chapatti or rice.
