Ingredients for Peanut Salad

  • Peanuts 1 cup
  • Grated carrots 1 medium
  • Cucumber chopped 1 medium
  • Onion finely chopped 1 medium
  • Green chilly 3 finely chopped
  • Coriander leaves handful
  • Amla 1 finely chopped
  • Salt as required
  • Sesame oil 1 tsp
  • Mustard seeds 1tsp
  • Asafoetida a pinch

Preparation Method:

  • Wash the peanuts and boil in an open pan till cooked crunchy.
  • Drain, cool, and mix the nuts with all the vegetables.
  • Add the required salt and temper.
  • Serve at room temperature or chilled.
  • Can be eaten as a snack or as a meal accompaniment.
