Ingredients for Palak Poori
- Palak /spinach puree 1 cup
- Whole wheat flour 3 cups
- Salt a pinch
- Oil for frying
Preparation Method:
- Mix the spinach puree, wheat flour, and salt to form a stiff dough. In case required use little water to make the dough.
- Roll into circular discs and deep fry in hot oil.
- Serve hot with an accompaniment of your choice.
