Rice Poori with Onion Karam

SERVING  2-3

  • ONION – 2 MEDIUM
  • TAMARIND – A MARBLE SIZED BALL
  • JAGGERY – 1 TBSP
  • RED CHILLY – 6-8 DRY
  • COCONUT/FRESH COCONUT SAUTED – 3 TBSP
  • SALT – AS REQUIRED

METHOD

  • Take all the above given ingredients in a mixer jar and grind to a paste. Ensure that no water is added.
  • Serve with poori/dosa/idly/upma
