Ingredients for Masala Chai:
- Water 3 c
- Milk 1c
- Tea 3 tsps
- Cardamom 4
- Cloves 3
- Pepper 1/2 tsp
- Cinnamon 1-inch stick
- Fresh ginger 1-inch piece
- Sugar 1 tsp
Preparation Method for Masala Chai:
- Mix milk and water and bring to a rolling boil.
- Take all spices and crush well.
- Add to the boiling water and milk and continue on low flame. Add a spoon of sugar and the tea powder.
- Boil for about 5 minutes till you get a rich golden brown colour.
- Strain into cups and add sugar as per your taste.
