The mint-coriander chutney and the date-tamarind chutney adds to its lip smacking taste while the sev and vegetables add to the crunch. Ingredients for Bhel Puri:
- PUFFED RICE
- MINT – CORIANDER CHUTNEY
- DATE-TAMARIND CHUTNEY
- FINELY CHOPPED ONIONS
- FINELY CHOPPED TOMATOES
- FINELY CHOPPED GREEN CHILLY
- FINELY CHOPPED CORIANDER LEAVES
- CHILLY POWDER
- ROASTED CUMIN SEEDS POWDERED
- LEMON
- SEV OR MIXTURE
Bhel Puri Preparation Method:
- Make a large bowl.
- Add the puffed rice.
- Mix in the chutnies according to the spice and tanginess required.
- Mix in a handful of onions and tomatoes and a tsp of chopped green chilly
- Top it with sev, coriander leaves, and a sprinkle of onions and tomatoes again.
