Crunchy and spicy this bhel dosa will be an any time favourite.
Ingredients For Bhel Dosa Recipe:
- Dosa batter as required
- Grated carrots and cucumber
- Finely chopped onions, tomatoes, coriander leaves.
- Sweet date chutney
- Coriander – mint chutney
- Garlic mixture/sev
Preparation Method:
- Take a ladle of dosa batter and make a thin dosa on the girdle. Drizzle some sesame oil.
- Take a spoonful of coriander-mint chutney and smear on half of the dosa.
- Sprinkle the salad vegetables, followed by the mixture /sev.
- Drizzle some date chutney.
- Fold the dosa as shown in the video.
- Serve hot
