A light, salad vegetables loaded bhel dosa will not only be tummy-filling but
also, satiate your yearning for a bhel poori.
Crunchy and spicy this bhel dosa will be an any time favourite.

Ingredients For Bhel Dosa Recipe:

  • Dosa batter as required
  • Grated carrots and cucumber
  • Finely chopped onions, tomatoes, coriander leaves.
  • Sweet date chutney
  • Coriander – mint chutney
  • Garlic mixture/sev

Preparation Method:

  • Take a ladle of dosa batter and make a thin dosa on the girdle. Drizzle some sesame oil.
  • Take a spoonful of coriander-mint chutney and smear on half of the dosa.
  • Sprinkle the salad vegetables, followed by the mixture /sev.
  • Drizzle some date chutney.
  • Fold the dosa as shown in the video.
  • Serve hot
