- CORIANDER SEEDS – 1 Cup
- RED CHILLY – 100 G
- CUMIN SEEDS – 1 Cup
- BLACK PEPPER – 3 Tbsps
- BLACK SALT – 2 Tbsps
- DRY MANGO POWDER – 1 Cup
- SALT – 1 Cup
Lightly dry roast coriander seeds,red chilly ,black pepper and cumin seeds separately.
Mix all the ingredients and pulverize into a fine powder.
Store the masala in an air tight container.
