SERVING – 3 (PORTION SIZE/SERVING = 4 NUGGETS)
- BEANS – 1/2 CUP FINELY CHOPPED & PARBOILED
- CARROTS – 1/2 CUP GRATED
- POTATO – 1 CUP BOILED AND MASHED
- GARAM MASALA POWDER – 1 TSP
- CHILLY POWDER – 1 TSP
- TURMERIC POWDER – 1 TSP
- CORIANDER FRESH – 3 TBSP FINELY CHOPPED
- BREAD CRUMBS – 1 CUP
- MAIDA – 1 TBSP
- OIL FOR FRYING
- SALT TO TASTE
METHOD
- Mix all the vegetables along with required amount of salt and given quantity of spices.
- Place a little vegetable mixture on you palm and shape into nuggets.
- Make thin slurry of Maida with water.
- Dip the vegetable nugget in the Maida slurry.
- Roll in bread crumbs and deep fry till golden brown.
- Serve hot with tomato sauce or chutney of your choice
