Vegetable Nuggets

SERVING – 3 (PORTION SIZE/SERVING = 4 NUGGETS)

  • BEANS – 1/2 CUP FINELY CHOPPED & PARBOILED
  • CARROTS – 1/2 CUP GRATED
  • POTATO – 1 CUP BOILED AND MASHED
  • GARAM MASALA POWDER – 1 TSP
  • CHILLY POWDER – 1 TSP
  • TURMERIC POWDER – 1 TSP
  • CORIANDER FRESH – 3 TBSP FINELY CHOPPED
  • BREAD CRUMBS – 1 CUP
  • MAIDA – 1 TBSP
  • OIL FOR FRYING
  • SALT TO TASTE

METHOD

  • Mix all the vegetables along with required amount of salt and given quantity of spices.
  • Place a little vegetable mixture on you palm and shape into nuggets.
  • Make thin slurry of Maida with water.
  • Dip the vegetable nugget in the Maida slurry.
  • Roll in bread crumbs and deep fry till golden brown.
  • Serve hot with tomato sauce or chutney of your choice
