Palak Poori Recipe | Spinach Poori

Ingredients for Palak Poori

  • Palak /spinach puree 1 cup
  • Whole wheat flour 3 cups
  • Salt a pinch
  • Oil for frying

Preparation Method:

  • Mix the spinach puree, wheat flour, and salt to form a stiff dough. In case required use little water to make the dough.
  • Roll into circular discs and deep fry in hot oil.
  • Serve hot with an accompaniment of your choice.
